By utilizing the services of Superior Bond Cleaning Brisbane, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. Acceptance of any quote provided by us constitutes acceptance of these terms. Please review this page periodically, as terms may be updated without prior notice to ensure clarity and relevance.

Service Day Protocol

  • Presence during service is not mandatory; however, access via key must be arranged.
  • The individual who made the booking must remain available via phone during the service.
  • Parking must be arranged as close as possible to the premises by the client.

General Service Terms

  • Additional charges may apply for properties without lift access above the ground floor.
  • Essential utilities (water and electricity) must be provided; absence voids our bond cleaning guarantee.
  • The property must be fully vacated before service begins. Non-removable items may limit the scope of our guarantee.
  • Cleaning equipment on-site (e.g., air conditioning, fans, heaters) must be available for use to ensure service quality.
  • We are not responsible for any personal items left behind that are considered waste and removed during cleaning.
  • Furnished property quotes do not include fridge cleaning unless specifically requested and quoted.
  • Wall washing is not included in the bond cleaning quote unless explicitly specified during the booking.
  • Any cleaning for the ceiling area will not be covered in bond clean.
  • There is no guarantee of mould and mildew removal; these will not be covered in bond cleaning.

Quotation and Service Agreement

  • All quotes are based on the property details provided at the time of booking and are subject to change upon actual inspection.
  • Any changes to the original quote will be discussed prior to service. Your acceptance is required before proceeding.
  • Non-acceptance of a revised quote may lead to altered or withdrawn service guarantees.
  • If you accepted our quote, you have automatically agreed to these terms and conditions.

Carpet Cleaning Specifics

  • Standard carpet cleaning targets general dirt and stains. Heavy soiling or stubborn stains may attract extra charges.
  • Drying time varies based on ventilation. After service, leave windows open and fans on to facilitate proper carpet drying.
  • Outcomes are not guaranteed for specific stains, damage, or wear.

Additional Costs

  • Services such as external window cleaning, wall washing, and appliance cleaning are available upon request and quoted separately.
  • Situations involving pet occupancy, long-term vacancy, or furnished properties may affect the final cost.
  • Accessibility issues or parking challenges may incur additional fees.

Service Guarantee

  • We address any issues raised by the real estate agent within the guarantee period.
  • Permanent damage and issues outside the checklist scope are not covered.
  • Our 5-day service guarantee and bond back guarantee covers only items included in the original cleaning checklist sent to you by email with the quote. If we miss anything listed in the original checklist, it will be rectified free of charge within this period.
  • For the rework, keys must be arranged from the tenant side.

Conduct and Harassment Policy

  • Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards our staff will result in immediate service termination without refund.

Bond Back Guarantee Terms

Our Bond Back Guarantee is a free re-clean service, not a refund policy. It is available only with full-service packages and is based on the original cleaning checklist provided with your quote email, which is tailored to the property details you submitted.

Key Conditions:

  • The guarantee is valid for 5 days from the date of your initial cleaning service.
  • If any issues are reported within this 5-day period, a free re-clean will be arrangedno refunds are provided under any circumstances.
  • All requests must include photographic evidence and, if available, the property manager’s report.
  • The tenant is responsible for arranging access for any re-clean visit.

The guarantee does not apply to issues caused by:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • General wear and tear
  • Mold or mildew
  • Stains outside the scope of our standard service
  • Client negligence or failure to maintain the property post-clean

This guarantee covers only the items listed in the checklist sent with your original quote email and does not include any additional services unless explicitly stated in the booking confirmation.

Best Price Guarantee

  • We offer competitive pricing and will match verifiable quotes from licensed competitors offering equivalent services.
  • Quotes from unlicensed providers are not eligible for price matching.

Operational Policies

  • Our services are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be completed prior to service commencement.
  • Cancellations must adhere to our cancellation policy.
  • We are not liable for damages arising from undisclosed property issues or structural conditions.

No Refund Policy

  • All payments, including booking and service fees, are non-refundable. This also applies to any additional charges incurred during service. For more details, please refer to our refund policy, which applies to all bookings.

Photography Consent

  • By booking our services, you provide consent for photographs to be taken before, during, and after cleaning for quality control and promotional use.
  • If you do not consent to this, you must notify us in writing prior to the service date.

Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as severe weather, accidents, or natural disasters.
