Our Service Guarantee reflects this commitment, ensuring you receive a high standard of cleaning backed by accountability.

What Our Guarantee Covers

Our Service Guarantee offers peace of mind. If your property manager or agent identifies any issues related to the areas covered in our cleaning checklist, we will return and rectify those concerns within five (5) days of the service, free of charge.

This guarantee is applicable only to full-service bond cleaning packages and highlights our dedication to ensuring your property is cleaned to a standard that supports your bond refund.

Important Conditions

  • Access: For any rectification, tenants must arrange access from their end.
  • Reporting Timeline: All issues must be reported within 5 days of the cleaning service.
  • Photographic Evidence: Requests for rectification must include photos of the issues reported.

Understanding the Limitations

While we work hard to deliver exceptional results, certain areas and conditions fall outside the scope of our Service Guarantee:

  • Hard Water and Calcium Buildup: Marks from hard water on taps, glass, and shower screens may not be removable using standard cleaning methods.
  • Permanent Damage or Discoloration: Stains on grout, worn-out plastic, taps, or scratched surfaces may not respond to cleaning.
  • Mold in Grout or Sealants: Mold embedded in grout or silicon may require professional restoration beyond general bond cleaning.
  • Wall Cleaning: Only spot cleaning of walls is included. Heavily marked or stained walls require additional services and are not covered under the guarantee unless previously specified.
  • Blinds: Standard bond cleaning does not cover dirty or greasy blinds unless included as an extra service.
  • External Cleaning: Cleaning of external windows or outdoor areas is weather-dependent and not covered under this guarantee.
  • Fridge Cleaning in Furnished Properties: This is not included in standard quotes unless specifically requested and approved.
  • Ventilation: After carpet cleaning, tenants must leave windows open and fans on to allow proper drying and avoid odor or dampness.

Terms and Conditions of Our Service Guarantee

  • Applies to Checklist Items Only: The guarantee is limited to tasks listed in our bond cleaning checklist.
  • Additional Services Not Covered: Any tasks outside the checklist or excluded from the initial quote are not eligible for rectification unless paid for separately.
  • Pre-existing Issues: We do not cover damage, mold, wear and tear, or issues resulting from the property’s condition prior to our service.
  • Parking Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring accessible and close parking on the day of the clean.
