What Our Guarantee Covers

Our Service Guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind. If your property agent finds any issues with the areas covered in our cleaning checklist, we promise to return and rectify those concerns within 72 hours of the exit report, at absolutely no additional cost to you. Understanding the Limitations

While we strive to cover a comprehensive range of cleaning tasks, there are certain conditions and areas that fall outside the scope of our Service Guarantee:

  • Hard Water Stains and Calcium Buildup: We make every effort to tackle common cleaning challenges, but hard water stains on glass or taps, as well as calcium buildup and mold in sealants, may not always be removable through standard cleaning methods.
  • Permanent Marks and Discoloration: Some marks and discolorations, including those on grout, toilets, plastics, taps, glass doors, and windows, may be permanent and beyond our ability to clean or restore.
  • Mold and Grout Challenges: Mold embedded in grout and tile stains, especially from natural elements or wear, may require specialized treatment that exceeds standard cleaning practices.
  • Wall Cleaning: Our bond cleaning service includes spot cleaning of walls. However, heavily marked or stained walls might necessitate additional services at an extra charge.
  • Blind Cleaning: Cleaning of dirty or greasy blinds is not included in our standard service package. Such tasks require more time and, therefore, incur additional charges.
  • External Cleaning Limitations: The cleaning of external windows, glass, and outside areas is subject to weather conditions and might not be guaranteed.

Terms and Conditions of Our Service Guarantee

  • Timeliness: Issues must be reported within 72 hours following the exit report to qualify for our no-cost rectification service.
  • Scope of Guarantee: The guarantee applies only to areas and tasks included in our standard cleaning checklist. Areas not covered or tasks requiring additional services are not included.
  • Additional Services: Requests for cleaning beyond the standard checklist, including those areas identified as exclusions, can be accommodated for an additional fee.
