However, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy ensures clarity, fairness, and accountability for both our team and our clients.
Refund Policy
Superior Bond Cleaning Brisbane maintains a strict no-refund policy under all circumstances.
Once a service is booked and payment is made, no refunds will be issued—regardless of the reason. This applies to:
- Change of mind after booking or after service completion
- Any dissatisfaction not reported within our re-clean timeframe
- Issues outside the scope of the cleaning checklist provided with your quote
- Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or repair needs
- Inaccessible properties or unsafe cleaning conditions (e.g., no electricity/water, pest infestations, ongoing renovations)
- Requests for services not included in the original quote
We strongly encourage all customers to review their cleaning checklist, terms, and conditions before confirming the booking.

No Refunds – Re-Clean Policy Only
We do not provide full or partial refunds for any of our services. Instead, in cases where an issue is identified, we offer a free re-clean within 5 days of the original service, provided that:
- The cleaning package booked was a full-service bond clean.
- The issue falls within the scope of the original cleaning checklist provided with your quote email.
- You submit a re-clean request within 5 days of the completed service.
- Clear photographic evidence and a copy of the agent’s report (if available) are submitted.
- Access to the property is arranged by the client for the re-clean.
Once verified, a re-clean will be arranged and completed within 72 hours at no extra cost.

Service Cancellation by Superior Bond Cleaning Brisbane
In rare cases, we may cancel or postpone a scheduled service due to unsafe conditions, lack of access, or incorrect information provided at the time of booking. In such cases, we will reschedule the service at no extra cost. Refunds are not applicable.
Booking Errors and Cancellations
If a booking needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover allocated labour and scheduling losses. Read our cancellation policy for more details.
