We understand the importance of a smooth end-of-lease process, which is why our Service Guarantee is in place—to ensure your property is cleaned to an acceptable standard and any concerns are promptly addressed.

What Our Guarantee Covers

Our Bond Back Guarantee provides peace of mind. If your property manager or agent identifies any issues related to areas covered in the original cleaning checklist provided with your quote email, we will return to re-clean those areas free of charge within five (5) days of the initial service.

Please note: This is a free re-clean service only. No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

The guarantee is applicable only to full-service bond cleaning packages and supports our goal of helping you meet bond return expectations.

Important Conditions

  • Checklist-Based Guarantee: The re-clean only applies to the items listed in the cleaning checklist sent with your original quote email, based on the property details you submitted.
  • Reporting Window: All concerns must be reported within 5 days of the initial cleaning service.
  • Evidence Required: Requests must include clear photographic evidence of the issue. A property manager’s report is recommended if available.
  • Access Required: Tenants must arrange property access for the re-clean.
  • No Refunds: The guarantee is strictly limited to rectification (re-cleaning)—no partial or full refunds will be issued.

Understanding the Limitations

While we aim for exceptional results, certain conditions fall outside the scope of our Service Guarantee:

  • Hard Water & Calcium: Stains caused by water hardness or calcium buildup may not be removable through standard cleaning.
  • Permanent Damage or Wear: Scratches, discoloration, or deterioration from age or usage cannot be reversed by cleaning.
  • Mold in Grout or Sealants: Deep-set mold may require restoration services and is not covered.
  • Wall Cleaning: Only light spot cleaning is included. Heavily marked or stained walls are excluded unless previously quoted.
  • Blinds: Cleaning of greasy or dirty blinds is not included unless booked as an extra.
  • External Areas: Outdoor cleaning and external windows are not covered, especially if weather or access conditions prevent it.
  • Furnished Properties: Cleaning of fridges or appliances in furnished homes is not included unless specifically added to the booking.
  • Carpet Drying: After carpet cleaning, tenants must allow proper ventilation to avoid dampness or odours.

Terms and Conditions of Our Service Guarantee

  • Guarantee applies only to checklist items provided with the original quote.
  • Additional services are not covered unless they were included in the original booking and paid for.
  • Pre-existing issues, including damage, mold, and general wear and tear, are excluded.
  • Clients must ensure suitable parking is available at the property on the day of service.
